• 2 pounds ground beef (sub turkey)
• 1/2 large onion, small diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon molasses (sub brown sugar)
• 1 1/2 cups ketchup
• 1/2 cup water
• Salt and Freshly ground black pepper
• 8 rolls or buns

Brown the meat over medium high heat, breaking up the meat with a potato masher. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off the fat. Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add the rest of the ingredients, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened. Serve with tater tots, pickles, and salad.
