Horseradish Encrusted Salmon

You would think horseradish would be sinus clearing and overpowering but when baked, the severity of it dies down tremendously.  I love this recipe! Such an easy way to spice up some salmon!

• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
• Optional: herbs of choice
• 3 wild-caught salmon fillets

In a bowl combine all ingredients except salmon and mix to combine. Line baking sheet with foil and lay salmon on foil. Brush mixture over salmon fillets and broil on high for 7-9 minutes. I served the salmon with an apple cider vinegar dijon wheat berry salad and green beans.
