Baked Brie is a perfect hot appetizer for a group. I originally got this recipe from my friend Frannie back in college because it was so delicious! This sweet, jammy brie is accentuated by rosemary. If you want to try another baked brie check out my Honey Garlic Baked Brie.
Rosemary and Blackberry Jam Baked Brie
Total Time: 15 minutes
• 1 (8-oz.) Brie round
• 1/4 cup blackberry preserves
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 large lemon, zest and juice
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped rosemary
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• baguette to serve
Preheat oven to 400°. Trim and discard rind from top of Brie. Place Brie in an oven safe serving bowl. Bake 10-13 minutes or until cheese is partially melted.
Meanwhile, microwave rest of ingredients in a small microwave-safe glass bowl at HIGH 30 seconds; stir until blended and smooth. Let stand while cheese bakes. Drizzle warm glaze immediately over Brie. Serve with bread to soak all the cheese and preserves up.
