Going Vegan for 1 Month

So Steph and I decided to go vegan for the month of March. I cheated and started on Monday the 4th since it was my birthday weekend! I’ll be documenting our progress, what I eat, and delicious vegan recipes on my blog!  Although I enjoy vegan food occasionally, I’ve never eaten it for more than 2 days straight, so this will be a challenge. Say bye bye to eating out at my normal restaurants and to many other delights like caramel, or bagels or eggs Benedict…

D- So I kind of gave up on being vegan… It was honestly far too hard to eat out and socialize like everyone else. So sorry Steph! I’ll be eating vegan and vegetarian occasionally and sharing those recipes! For dinner I ate an entire box of mac and cheese with frozen peas just to spite the diet.
